Counter-Notification

You have the option to send a counter-notification if you think that your content was mistakenly removed or that access to it was denied due to misidentification. In order to submit a counter-notification, kindly supply the following details:

• Your signature, digital or tangible.
• The material that has been deleted or to which access has been restricted is identified.
• a declaration made under penalty of perjury stating that you sincerely believe the content was disabled or removed due to error or misidentification.
• Name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where the address is located, or, in the event that the address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district where the service provider may be found, should be included.
